I just received this very thick book from Amazon today, and I'm quite impressed with what it contains. My last bicycle maintenance text was The Complete Guide to Bicycle Maintenance by Jim Langley (1999), so this is a much needed and more modern reference. What I like is that it covers maintenance on electronic and 11-speed systems, and it even has a section dedicated to wheel building, which I have yet to perform.
It also includes useful tables such as torque values for various components. I'd say this book is a fair price ($15.70) for the 490 pages it contains. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a road/cyclocross bike repair reference.
I've found repair manuals to be more of a personal taste situation. I happened to like Jim Langley's book, and since I will never buy a electronic shifting system the lack of that information doesn't concern me the least bit. However, a lot of people like Zinn's book so I'm not belittling it by any means, it's a great book but just not for me.
Besides with all the internet resources available I no longer see the need at all for a book! Between the Park web site, other web sites, and You Tube, you should be able to find whatever you want to know about a specific repair or maintenance issue. I don't keep mine in my workshop, mainly because it's a PITA to follow along while working. Maybe someday I will dismantle the binding and punch holes in it so it can be used in a binder.
