Currently I have had to unistall version 21 and found a version 20.0.1 that Ive installed disabling the automatic updates. Based on [CTX133066 - 12.3 Online Plug-In - Issues Fixed in This Release] this seems to be a known issue on Citrix Online Plug-In 12.1. See issue 21 on the afore mentioned document that states: 'ICA connections through the Secure Gateway fail from a custom Web Interface site when using the Firefox Web browser. [#246862]' To fix this, either upgrade to a more recent Citrix Online Plug-In or Citrix Receiver. If that doesn't help, I'd suggest to [Open a Citrix support case].
